At the Oticon headquarter in Smørum, we have approximately 75 highly skilled students assistants who contribute greatly in both R&D, marketing, Quality and an array of other departments.
In order to maximize their professional and personal development, they have now started a new organization: “Demant Students”.
Besides organizing social events, outings and Friday bars the organization has also created a new internal CV database where managers from all over the organization can look for qualified students for time limited projects. This allows the student assistants to gain new insights and try new tasks while at the same time maintaining their ordinary jobs.
We are very happy with the initiative and hope it will contribute to make Oticon an even more attractive place to be for a wide array of students from all lines of study.
