Electronics Engineer - with a passion for designing tests

Imagine a universe of all high-tech engineering competencies under one roof. Imagine more than 650 engineers working as a united force on a unique medical product. A product that changes people’s life to the better. Now, stop imagining and enter our world - the Demant universe.
Become part of a great team!
We love highly complex tasks. We love to challenge the limits of what is possible. And we like being part of a complete product cycle, delivering products for mass production in a miniature scale. To perform the best, we have the latest generation of instruments and technologies at hand, including our own tool shop, production and test facilities and own production sites.
No matter if you are curious about artificial intelligence or want to interface with our production team – you will find an expert in-house to spar with. We work in a flat hierarchy and collaborate dynamically. We are always available for our peers and your voice will be heard for sure.
Designing world-leading electronics
All in all, we are about 50+ engineers and technicians in our Hardware Electronics Group. Our main goal is to develop the electronic solutions for all Demant’s hearing instruments and accessories. We have a close collaboration with both the Chipset Group, which develops the company’s proprietary IC’s and the production site. Our team integrates these narrow-pitched IC’s, onto tiny PCBs along with technologies like Bluetooth & NFMI antennas, acoustical & magnetic transducers and rechargeable batteries, to finally put the entire hearing amplifier system together.

Joining us, you will be involved in all development steps from initial design and all the way to production test and eventually, handover for mass-production. You will get the opportunity to design production test methods and procedures to test and inspect product functionality against demanding requirements. The highly complex devices and high integration level make this a challenging task.
We imagine
You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering and have a good team-spirit. You like to share knowledge with other team members, who are just as excited about the tech-world as you are.
And if you can tick off one or more of the following competences- we look forward to hearing from you:

  • Develop methods and procedures to test and inspect electronic functionality of products in production. Innovative solutions are often needed.
  • Optimize and create test processes and monitor functional production yield to improve performance and cost.
  • Support manufacturing operations.
  • Compile, assess and analyze production test data.
  • Liaise between Manufacturing, Engineering and contract manufacturers on assembly development.
  • Define test strategies, analyze product testability and deliver test solutions to our manufacturing partners.
  • Understanding of system Integration and interference challenges in designs
  • Understanding of design for mass-production

We believe in the good life
As a company, we trust and value your professionalism, experience, and dedication. Your new perspectives, insights and ideas are the cornerstones of our success, and we encourage you to think out of the box and structure your workflow with a high level of freedom.
We are a company that take pride in delivering solutions that allow people to live their lives to the max. We also recognize that to bring energy and inspiration to work, you need to re-energize and spend time with family, friends, and hobbies in a healthy work life balance.
